We had an incredible experience here! The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant is delicious, and above all everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful! Special shout out to Fernando, Everton, Valentina and Moises who particularly helped us during our stay and were really kind. I can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic premises! Design, the pool and the rooms very comfortable. However the service has room for improvement. Must remark pool staff excellent! they go far and beyond. Even if they took long to get the service I enjoyed their great service and smile. Staff at the restaurant unfortunately need training on how to handle expectations: got an extremely salty plate and an extremely well done steak- terrible for Brazilian standards. Staff at the reception unprepared for a maintenance electricity cut, I was advised to go do tourism when I was supposed to attend two virtual meetings. You must improve the standard of hospitality.

Great waterfront hotel in a nice part of Florianopolis. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. If you are headed out on an excursion, there is a greater little grocery store within about 200 meters of the hotel to grab some goodies at.

Amazing experience, super helpful employees. They really give their best and they are attentive to every detail. This hotel is a bit pricey, but really worth it. I will come back here for sure on my next trip to Floripa.
